Amanecer AI starts with a one-time discovery, priced to the size of your business, that ends in an AI roadmap. After that, an ongoing partnership starts from $5,000 a month, also based on your size. You see the exact price before you commit.

Do you build custom scheduling software?
Yes. Amanecer AI builds custom scheduling platforms on a subscription, including one for a mobile anesthesia clinic that works with more than 10 partner offices. It drafts the month’s schedule automatically from the clinic’s rules.
Do we need to replace our current software?
Usually not. Most work starts by connecting the systems you already use. Amanecer AI only builds new software when it is clearly the better option, and the blueprint shows why.
Do you do one-off projects?
Generally no. AI systems and custom software need care after launch, so Amanecer AI works on monthly plans. Month one builds and launches. Every month after, the systems are run, improved, and reported on.
How long until something is live?
Discovery comes first. Month one of a plan builds and launches the first systems.
Is our business data safe?
Amanecer AI connects only the systems a project needs, uses each tool’s own security controls, and keeps your data in accounts your business controls. You own your data and documentation. When a project involves health records or other sensitive data, compliance requirements are scoped before anything is built.

Yes. Amanecer AI is a bilingual company. The founders work with clients in English and Spanish. Amanecer is Spanish for sunrise.
